Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a 16 year old American from Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a former Banker. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. She is an Argentinean with Scottish, English and Argentinean heritage. The mother of her is Spanish-English. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's previous marriage. They lived within Buenos Aires until she was six years old, and then moved to the Victoria region in London. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was very traumatic. She was not willing to study English and hoped she could move back to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was required to enroll her. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she studied ballet and acted in school productions. In her 16th year she left the college and began pursuing a career as an actress full-time. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to work as an actor. She was given a chance to try it by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management she offered her an opportunity as a model.
