Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is the name of a Canadian actress. Paquin is a native of New Zealand, born in Wellington but was born and raised in Winnipeg made her acting d but with The Piano. At age 11 years old, she became the youngest Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress. Anna Paquin spelled out Anna Helene Paquin was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada on July 24,1982. She is a Canadian-born actress from New Zealand. In 1993, she received her first Academy Award at age 11 as the curious and talkative child of Holly Hunter who played the main role. After an audition Flora McGrath was cast as the daughter a Scottish pianist. Flora McGrath is the daughter of the mute Scottish musician, who emigrated into New Zealand to marry in the 19th century. At the age of a teen her family left Canadian to United States. Paquin began her career in the midst of her childhood with a part as the Jane Eyre protagonist in the Franco Zeffirelli novel Jane Eyre, and then a major part in Fly Away Home. Paquin was Frankie Addams in a 1997 television movie adaptation of Carson McCullers's novel The Member of the Wedding as well as a small role in the role of Queen Spain in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997). The role she played was for teenagers in Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000). In addition, she played the role of a teen girl named Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
